Louis Felix Mincarelli "Yippy" of Norristown, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on Sunday May 9, 2021. He was 85 years old. His favorite shows were All in the Family & Everybody Loves Raymond, he would also enjoy a cold Miller Beer & Planters Peanuts as well as Zeps from Lou's.

Yippy was the devoted father of Cindi Currie, Louis Mincarelli, Jr. (Eileen), Sandy Hamilton (Michael) and Christopher Mincarelli (Deborah), proud grandfather of Andrew, Elizabeth, Lydia, Samantha (Adam), Matthew, Wesley, Ryan, Aaron, Edward, and the late Nicholas, great grandfather of Carter and Taylor, and brother of the late Alfred Mincarelli.

Condolence & Memory Journal

Dad we already miss you so much . You were the best Father anyone could be so blessed to have. Your entire life was devoted to your family and the business you and Uncle Al ( Sonny )worked to build . I took a lot for granted because you were always there and family gatherings were just something I assumed everyone did . Later in life I realized just how fortunate we really were ( and are ) I got to work with my father , my sister , cousins Lori and Janis , and Aunt Annie. And we lived a block away from each other ! You gave all of us enough creative license at The Shop that we built smaller, successful businesses right in the middle of the family business. I love you Dad ! There are no words that could express how thankful I am for you .

Yippee was a wonderful, kind hearted man. I grew up with Cindi and love their family very much. My heart felt prayers for Cindi and her family. What a great example of love he raised his children with.
