Marvin B. Locklin of Norristown, passed away peacefully on Monday June 21, 2021. He was 77 years old. Born April 25, 1944 in Norristown, he was the son of the late Marvin and Agnes (nee Lancaster) Locklin, and the beloved husband of Karen (nee Doan) Locklin with whom he shared over 30 years of a life together.

In addition to his wife Karen, Marvin is survived by his five children; Crystal Locklin, Michael Locklin (Leslie), Yvonne Perry (Daryl), Rob Miller (Nicole), and Kimberly Miller, 14 grandchildren: Bernon Perry, Tahee Locklin, Byron Ellis, Jr., Leroy Ellis, Kiaera Locklin, Robert Lee Miller, Jr., Anthony James Catagnus IIII, Salvatore Lorenzo Catagnus, Amaya Locklin, Ayanna Locklin, Shameka Brown, Tyrone Reyes and Benjamin Bowman, twenty-three great grandchildren, five siblings; Mary Williams, Anita Tuggle, Vicki Locklin, and Molly Locklin, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Shirley Bell and one grandson Daryl Perry Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to share in Marvin's Life Celebration on Monday June 28, from 6 PM to 8 PM and on Tuesday June 29, from 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at Boyd-Horrox-Givnish of East Norriton, 200 West Germantown Pike, 610-277-7000. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church 600 Hamilton St. Norristown. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marvin's name can be made to St. Francis of Assisi Church at the above address.

We will always remember the great times we shared with our brother, The funny stuff we laughed out loud about. No matter what, he'll always be our brother. We're praying he'll feel God's faithful care and reassuring pleasures always! We love you always, Your loving sister, Mary, Anita, Viky & Molly!
