Mary Beth Butler, of Norristown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 17, 2021.
She was 64 years old. Born May 31, 1957 in Norristown, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Dunlevy) Butler.
Mary Beth was a graduate of Bishop Kenrick High School (class of 1975) and Penn State University, with a BS Degree in Architectural Engineering. She was a very kind and caring person, particularly with children, having provided child day-care as well as organizing numerous block-parties for the neighboring children. In her spare time, Mary Beth enjoyed delivering Meals on Wheels dinners to those in need. She enjoyed skiing, tennis, gardening, backgammon and all-things-Penn State.

She is survived by a sister, Maureen (Charles) Giambrone of Norristown and two brothers, Joseph (Carol Nicola) Butler of Norristown and Kevin (Mary Ellen Wozniak) Butler of Ellicott City, MD, along with many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to share in Mary Beth's Life Celebration on Saturday August 28, from 9:30 AM to 10:50 AM at Boyd-Horrox-Givnish of East Norriton, 200 West Germantown Pike, 610-277-7000 . Her Memorial Service will begin at 11 AM at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at St. Augustine's Cemetery in King of Prussia.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation (www.parkinson.org)
The family would like to sincerely thank the staff at Markley Rehabilitation (formerly Regina Nursing Center), along with the staff at Kindred Hospice for their kind and compassionate care of Mary Beth.

So sorry to have heard about Mary Beth's passing. I was a friend of Mary Beth back in our high school days. Talked with her many times during the following years while riding the train from Norristown to Phila. My condolences and prayers to the family. God bless.
