Condolence & Memory Journal
Our Deepest Condolences to the Welsh family, Frank's Children and friends. You all will remain in our prayers. I met Frank many years ago in college. He was always larger than life, a grand story teller, witty and fashionable, but most of all Kind. Years later we would end up living in the same neighborhood in Mullica Hill and my daughters babysat his children. Such fond memories that will be eternal. May he rest in peace. Sincerely, Bernadette and Matt Underwood
