Allen
Ralph G. of Philadelphia, passed away on January 28th at the age of 84. He was the loving wife of Mary (nee Smythe); devoted father of Bill Paradise and Jim Allen (Diane); and the beloved brother of Eleanor White. Ralph will also be missed by his sister-in-law Joyce Evans.
Ralph proudly served as a sailor in the United States Navy. Ralph loved to read.
Services for Ralph will be held privately.
