Alma Ruth (McCormick) Willits of Bensalem passed away peacefully on October 10th. She was 96. Born in Philadelphia, Alma was a long-time resident of Lower Bucks County PA, she also resided in Fort Pierce, FL. She was a graduate of Frankford High School and was the co-founder of Will Travel, Inc. Alma loved to travel the world and was a member of many travel associations and received several travel certifications. She had numerous friends from all over the world through her travels. She was a long-time member of Scottsville United Methodist church and served in many positions including church historian for 35 years. She enjoyed hosting pool parties at her home, ceramics, history, genealogy, coloring books, creating libraries and sharing the love of travel with family and friends.

Alma was born on May 9th, 1922 to the late Alvin and Anna (Sosdorf) McCormick. Wife of the late Jack Raymond Willits. Dear Mother to Donna Thomas of Langhorne and the late Rick Willits. Mother in Law to the late Clayton Thomas and Rose Marie Willits. Loving Grandmother "Mammy" to Kirstie (Cyde) Thomas of Jamison, Kari Thomas of Langhorne, Kami Miller of Levittown, Kori (Steven) Clark of Bellwood and Angela (Kevin) McFadden of Hilltown. Cherished Great-Grandmother of Steven Clark Jr., Madeline and Jack Thomas, Joliene and Tucker Miller, Zach Lyall and Samantha and Kevin McFadden. Dear Aunt to Linda Willits, Zachary and Hannah Nahorniak, Sally, Jim, Brittany and Parker Kitner and Michael, Craig, Megan and Kylynn Willits. Alma is also survived by many loving family and friends.

Alma's Life Celebration will be held on Monday October 15th. Family and friends are invited to call from 11am to 12pm at Scottsville United Methodist Church, 2400 Brownsville Road Langhorne. The funeral service will begin at 12 noon. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to her beloved Scottsville United Methodist Church.
