Andrea A. Humphrey, a resident of Warminster, and beloved wife, mother, Bammy, sister, aunt and friend passed away peacefully with family by her side while in hospice care on Wednesday, February 26, 2014. In her blessed 78 years, she lived a life centered in faith and left a legacy to emulate filled with selfless acts of kindness and caring for others. She truly was an angel here on earth.

Andrea was the beloved wife of Chester R. Humphrey with whom she shared 56 years of marriage. In addition to her husband, Andrea is also survived by her two daughters, Kim Sweeney (Kevin) of Quakertown, and Dawn Tremmel (Kenneth) of New Britain. Andrea's greatest joy was her surviving grandchildren; Cailin, Connor, Liam, Alivia and Luke.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the oldest daughter of the late George and Margaret Reichart and sister of Thomas (Arlene), Regina Romeo (Ralph), Catherine Naulty and is preceded in death by her brothers, Joseph and George, and her sister, Margaret Bulfaro. She spent her childhood in Philadelphia and attended John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School.

A librarian for many years, she imparted her joy and love for reading to many people, namely her daughters and grand daughters. Andrea also enjoyed spending time outdoors, gardening, fishing and vacationing at the Jersey shore. Andrea's greatest achievement though was living a Christ-centered life and being of service to others. She was always helping those in need and that brought her great happiness.

Andrea was a member of Nativity of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church in Warminster and was involved with the parish's Charasmatic Prayer Group for over 25 years.

Family and friends are invited to Andrea's Life Celebration, from 9:30-10:30AM, Thurs March 6th at the Church of Nativity of Our Lord, 625 W. Street Rd., Warminster, and to participate in her Funeral Mass at 10:30AM. Interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemtery.
