Charles "Chubby" Taylor, 87, of Brigantine passed away on Sunday June 1, 2014. Charles was born in Atlantic City. He enlisted and served for 18 years in the Merchant Marines during WWII. Charles was employed as a liquor salesman Joseph H. Reinfeld Inc. of Merchantville NJ. He was a active sponsor and counselor with AA.
He was formerly a member of the VFW and American Legion in Brigantine.
Charles is survived by his nephews Edward Meeker (Theresa) and Charles Edward Taylor (Robin).
He is predeceased by his sister Dorothy Todd and his brother Bill Taylor.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Charles' Life Celebration and viewing on Thursday June 5, 2014 from 9 to 10am at St Thomas Church, 8th Street and Brigantine Ave. Brigantine.
