Obituary

Diana Margaret Patelunas Hoffman passed away Saturday, September 30, 2017 from cancer. She was 55 and the wife for 25 years to Leo Henry Hoffman II.
Born February 24, 1962 in Philadelphia, Pa., Diana was the daughter of Lawrence Joseph and Katherine Anna Patelunas. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Leo Henry Hoffman II; her loving children, Leo Henry Hoffman III and Katherine Marie Hoffman. She was the sister of Elaine Katherine Copeland, her husband Richard Douglas Copeland; and brother of the late Lawrence Joseph Patelunas, Jr.

Diana graduated from Neshaminy High School. She graduated from Chestnut Hill College with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry. She earned a Master's Degree from Temple University in Pharmacology.

Diana worked as a pharmacologist for Wyeth-Ayerst and played clarinet with the Tri-County Band. She then moved to Mechanicsville, Maryland in December 1996. She was an active member at the Hughesville Senior Center participating in ceramics, crafts and card games. She was an active Tops member at the Real Life Wesleyan Church. She loved doing all types of sewing, needlepoint and craft projects. She enjoyed spending many happy times with family and friends.

Diana's family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, October 6th and again on Saturday, October 7th from 8:15 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. at Dunn Givnish Funeral Home, followed by her Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Grace Church, 225 Bellevue Ave., Penndel, PA at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow the Mass in Lawnview Cemetery, Rockledge.
