Marie Louise Adams, 98, (nee Stoerrle) of Northfield, NJ passed away on June 22, 2018 after a brief illness. She was born in Philadelphia on March 11, 1920
to Elmer and Georgia (nee Chesseman) Stoerrle and resided in the Venice Park section of Atlantic City for many years before moving to Northfield. She attended Friends School in Atlantic City and graduated from Atlantic City High School in 1936. She also attended the NJ College of Commerce.

She worked at Blue Print Services and was then hired as a teller with Guardian Savings Bank and later elected corporate secretary retiring in
1985. She was active with the Venice Park Youth Organization, the PTA and the Brigantine Ladies of the Elks. She kept the Venice Park Luncheons going until she could no longer manage it. Hobbies included knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, baking, walking, bike riding, reading and joke telling. So many were the recipients of her beautiful afghans. She lived a beautiful life and will be greatly missed.

As she wrote in her autobiography, "Biggest accomplishment in life was raising four great kids. Biggest hope in life is that they will stay close and
care for each other when I'm no longer here."

Marie was the beloved wife of the late John Adams and is predeceased by her daughter, Judy Sausto (Vince). She is survived by her sons, Don (Joan), Larry and Scott (Diana), her grandchildren, Don Jr. (Sue), Dan (Annie), Karen Adams, Allison Pessolano (Jim), Jessica Bonner (MJ), Ryan Bonner (Canice) and great-grandchildren, Don III (Amber), Ashley, Jake, Sam, Alex, Jacob, Quinn and Cameron and great-great children, twins Logan and Liam.
