Obituary

Marion L. Herman, 77, of Brigantine, NJ entered into rest surrounded by her loving family. Born in Atlantic City, NJ she was the daughter of the late Frank Grottola and Theresa (DiGregorio) Grottola. She was the widow of Raymond J. Herman who passed away November 1, 2016.

Marion was co-owner and operator of M & M Salads for 13 years in Brigantine, which served Atlantic County with the best Coleslaw in the world. She was a former member of the Brigantine Jaycees and current member of the Starcrafter RV Camper Club. What most people will remember about Marion is she instilled values of honesty, strength, caring, organization, passion, love and was always a class act.

She will be missed and fondly remembered by her son; Ken (Donna) Herman, four daughters; Linda Campisi, Diane (Robert) Nabrzeski, Darlene Bleyhl wife of the late Daniel Bleyhl, Buffy Herman; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and a brother Frank (Debbie) Grottola. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by a sister Jean Kaminsky.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Marion's Life Celebration Memorial Mass on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 331 8th St. South, Brigantine, NJ 08203 at 11:00am. A receiving will be held at the church on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 from 10:00am-10:50am.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
