Michael "Mike" Anthony DiLemmo of Warminster, Pennsylvania, passed away at the age of 93 on April 4, 2020.

Mike was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Michele and Stella DiLemmo. He joined the Navy at age 19, proudly serving on the USS Melville and the USS Grand Canyon. Mike served for 7 years in both active and reserve duties and honorably discharged with the rank of Machinery Repairman Petty Officer 1st Class. Shortly after leaving the Navy and while attending a friend's wedding in Montreal, Canada, Mike met the love of his life, Michelle. They spent the next 62 years together, side-by-side. Mike will be remembered as a true gentleman with a great sense of humor.

Mike worked as a Production Maintenance Foreman for the US Mint in Philadelphia until he retired from civil service in 1983. He spent his long retirement traveling the States, Canada and abroad with Michelle. They were snow birds for 20 years enjoying winter months in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Mike spent much of his time building over 30 model ships in his "shipyard", which stayed open until last year.

Mike was the loving husband of the late Michelle DiLemmo, devoted dad to André (deceased) (Diane), Marc (Barbara), grandpa and pop-pop to Jennie Anne (deceased), Thomas (Sarah), Kristen (James), Marc David (Cortney), great grandfather to three and Uncle Mike to many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his brother Tony, preceded in death by sister Josephine and brother John.

The family is postponing services until we can be together safely.
