Obituary

Richard P. Hurlebaus, 89, of Warminster, passed away on June 4, 2014. He served as a Lieutenant with the U.S. Navy during WWII. He received a Bachelors Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, was a Metallurgical Engineer with the Budd Company, and a certified tennis instructor and coach at Lower Moreland High School.
Richard is survived by his wife Marilyn, was predeceased by his first wife Dorothy and his brother Edward, and is survived by his children: William P., Laurie Traver (Robert), Lynn McDermott (Elaine), Kathleen McDonough (Thomas), and Joseph Foster (Sandi), his grandchildren: James, Thomas, Kelsey, Ryan, Jill, Carly, Joy, Alisa, Paul, Sarah, and David, his great grandchildren: Madison, Sebastian, Alexis, Jonathan, Desmond, Finley, Grace, and Thomas, his brother John (Mary), and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to Richard's life celebration on Monday, 10:30-11am, at the chapel at Ann's Choice, 30000 Ann's Choice Way, Warminster, where a service will be held at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in Richard's name, to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. (Arrangements by Craft-Givnish of Abington).
