Obituary

Shane Michael Jones, age 30 of Warminster, died Tuesday February 28, 2017 at his home. He was born in Philadelphia and moved to Warminster where he was raised. A graduate of William Tenet High School Class of "04, he entered the Air Force after high school. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force with 9 years of service to his country. Shane spent time in Afghanistan I n Operation Enduring Freedom as well as in Operation Iragi Freedom.

Shane was a great family guy who loved playing with his nephews. He also enjoyed his bike rides, friends and family, and his music. He was a kind, gentle soul with a heart of gold. When Shane entered the room, he made everyone smile.

He is survived by his parents, Michael W. and Anne Teresa Jones (nee McGrother), his sister Nicole M. Power (Rory), his brothers; Ryan C. Jones (Deanna) and Nolan P. Jones (Jamie), his nephews; Bryce, Declan, Kieran and Ronan Power, also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to Shane's Life Celebration Wednesday March 8, 2017 6-9 pm from Craft/Givnish of Abington, 1801 Old York Road, Abington PA 19001. Shane's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday March 9, 2017 at 9am in St. Joseph Church, 1795 Columbia Ave., Warrington, PA. 18976.Interment with Military Honors will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA.
