Obituary for Stacy Howell

March 11, 2017
Levittown, Pennsylvania

Stacy Howell, born in Lebanon, MO and resident of Levittown, PA struggled with various health ailments for some time and was called home to be with Jesus on March 11, 2017, way too soon. He was 49 years old.

Stacy was a caring and compassionate person who would give the shirt off his back for someone in need. He worked for many years as a Bucks County 911 operator and treated each caller as if it was his own family. He cared deeply about his job and would always say "People don't call 911 when they are having a good day". He went out of his way to help those people and loved doing so, he called it his mission.

Stacy is survived by his wife, Betty Jo Howell (nee Simpson), daughters Jessica Kanuck and Alexis Howell and son, Luke Howell whom he loved with all that he was. He is also survived by his grandmother Fern Whitaker, his mother, Patricia Howell, his father, James Howell and step-mother Kris Howell, his brother, Shawn Howell and his nephew Tristan Howell.

Stacy was an amazing photographer who took amazing photos for the pure love of capturing a moment in time that would last forever. He saw things, people, that most of us would pass by without noticing. His passion was photographing people and places in New York City with a special interest in the FDNY and 9/11.

Stacy trusted Jesus as his Lord & Savior and we will miss him deeply until we meet again in glory.
