Obituary

William B. Stetler, Jr. of Pompano Beach, FL, formerly of Feasterville, PA passed away on July 30, 2021 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of the late Nancy A. Stetler (nee Bauer); loving father of Stephen (Susan), Debra Stetler (Mike Donnelly), Dan (Linda), David (Pamela) and the late Christopher Stetler; cherished grandfather of 9 and great-grandfather of 1; dear brother of James, Jerry, Suzanne Meier, Thomas and the late Joseph Stetler.

William, better known as Bill or Pop, was an avid boater and fisherman. His love for being on the water, with his wife Nancy by his side on their boat, brought him the greatest joy. Bill also enjoyed watching western movies, with John Wayne being one of his favorite actors. When Bill was a teenager, he was a frequent dancer on Dick Clark's American Bandstand. He truly loved to dance and listen to music. Bill always had a smile on his face, loved to laugh, enjoyed being with his family and friends and looked forward to playing cards and games as often as possible. His warm smile, calm nature, and love for life made all those who met him simply adore him. Since losing the love of his life, his wife, Nancy, Bill was never the same, underneath that smile his heart was broken. He will be dearly missed but he is finally at home with his love.

Relatives and friends are invited to Bill's Life Celebration on Friday, August 6th, beginning at 10:30 a.m. and followed by his Memorial Service, 12:30 p.m., at John F. Givnish Life Celebration Home, 10975 Academy Rd., Phila. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, Bill requested that donations can be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, www.cff.org, in memory of his late son, Christopher or to the ASPCA, www.aspca.org, in memory of his wife, Nancy.
